(March 23, 2015 – Denver) PRO Group announced the election of a new member to the organization’s Board of Directors. The experience and expertise brought by Ken Marble will help guide the growth and expansion of PRO Group in the coming years.
Ken Marble currently serves as the President and owner of Horizon Distribution, Inc. located in Yakima, Washington. Horizon Distribution is a 134 year old regional distributor of hardware, farm and garden supplies and industrial supplies, selling in nine western states.
Marble has been with Horizon for 37 years and has served 29 years as President. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and a law degree from Willamette University. Marble practiced law for four years before joining Horizon.
He and his wife Marlyn have three children and four grandchildren. Marble is very active in the community of Yakima and received the Ted Robertson Award last October for his years of community service.
