Denver, CO (October 10, 2016) – PRO Group, Inc. is pleased to announce a merger with Reliable Distributors, Inc., a Chicago-based marketing, merchandising and wholesale distributor group. Reliable will add 74 distributors and over $2 billion in volume to PRO Group and will create a stronger platform to support independent retailers around the country.
Founded in 1986, Reliable Distributors has built a strong foundation of distributors and suppliers with over 200 distribution centers across the country. Combined with the over $3 billion in sales volume and the 30 member distributors and 350 suppliers of PRO Group, the partnership is poised to provide marketing strategies and program support to help distributors and retailers continue to meet the competitive challenges of the marketplace.

To strengthen the platform of support, the merger will yield a greater assortment of suppliers and distributors who will be able to collaborate and partner with each other. In addition, Reliable and PRO Group will continue to provide services that members have come to rely upon.
