Our marketing and advertising programs are designed to help manufacturer partners reach all Pro-Group members in order to secure new accounts and grow sales. PRO Group also hosts two annual events to give our vendor partners the opportunity to meet face-to-face with our membership in a unique and professional setting. PRO Group Extranet: One Stop For Members to Access Complete Program and Promotional Information
The member-only web portal gives access to a variety of information on your computer or mobile device. As a part of the base membership program, all Vendor Partners are assigned a personalized webpage. Here, distributor members can find:
- Complete program information
- Catalogs and price lists
- Active promotions and purchasing opportunities
Vendor Partners have access to a complete PRO Group Distributor Member list with contact information for buyers and key personnel. Along with access to the Extranet, PRO Group works closely with Vendor Partners to ensure information is communicated in a timely manner to all Distributor Members. A personalized new vendor announcement will be sent as will a personalized spot in the monthly Merchandise Newsletter once a Vendor Partner becomes active.
Promotional Programs for Hardware Manufacturers
These limited-time promotions are an excellent way to gain exposure to new products, offer closeout discounts, or end of season sales. PRO can help assist in sell sheet design and will post all information to the Extranet for the duration of the promotion. It will also be emailed directly to key buyers of your product category and included in the Merchandise Newsletter.
Incentive For Growth Program
The ‘IFG’ program is an additional rebate-based incentive program designed to help manufacturers incrementally grow sales among PRO Distributors. Programs can be based on either group or individual distributor growth, and rebate funds are shared only when the target is reached. All IFG programs are managed and maintained on the PRO Group Extranet.
Pro Monthly Buys
The ‘PMB’ program provides manufacturers with a promotional vehicle designed to reach all members with your product specials. Your PRO Group merchandise manager will work with you to plan your annual promotional schedule to ensure the proper products are promoted during the correct time of the year.
Bonus Buy Flyers
For manufacturer partners participating in the ‘PMB’ program, your products are eligible for inclusion in these flyers. These high-quality advertising pieces are printed on a monthly basis in full color for members. Distributors select the products they want on the flyers and use them to promote to their dealer base.
Print and Digital Circular Advertising
PRO Group creates and produces dozens of print circular pieces annually for select members to drive warehouse and retail sales. With the generational shift in retail consumers, PRO recognizes that print media needs to be accompanied by digital content. This is achieved by producing monthly interactive coupons and circulars which are sent directly to a smartphone or tablet. Across our three divisions – PRO Hardware, FARM-MART, and GardenMaster – we facilitate the printing and distribution of hundreds of thousands of print advertising pieces.
